Delivery Information:

We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. All online purchases include a distinctive Bobby White gift box, which is packaged into a secure, non-branded postal pack. Most fine jewellery is made and ships within 3 to 6 weeks. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. 

Delivery Charges:

UK: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Orders should arrive within 1 working day after your item as been shipped.

Europe: No delivery charge. All orders are sent via DHL. Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days after your item as been shipped.

International:  No delivery charge. All orders are sent via FedEx (dependent on local mail restrictions). Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days after your item as been shipped.

Taxes:

United States & Canada:  Import taxes and duties are not included in the listed price. You will be responsible for paying any local taxes upon import

Europe: Tax and duty is included in the price and you won't be charged any extra when your items is shipped to you. 

Returns:

Whilst we hope that you will love your Bobby White jewellery, items can be returned or exchanged within 14-days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 10 days once the item is returned to Bobby White. 

It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery or items that have been personalize, we may not be able to accept a return.
